Work and Travel Ep 39

2nd day of Las Vegas began with a Star Buck breakfast as the bus took off at 6pm...
but as usual, not all the passengers are punctual...
well, after a journey of a duration of approximately an hour and a half, we reached the 1st destination...
Hoover Dam!
this is the bridge which connects Nevada and Arizona...
once we were off from the bus, we went to this sign right-away...
the proof that we are here!
this is the place where Transformer was shot...
Colorado River...
after 20 minutes, we were off again...
and this time is to one of the seven wonders of the world!
but before that, we have to switch to the local bus because it is operated by the Red Indians...
and next, all the way to Eagle Point!
well, why is it called as Eagle Point?
could you locate the eagle behind me?
then, it was lunch time!
a beef noodle for me...
while a curry chicken rice for darling...
once after lunch, we went for the Sky Walk...
whereby a half circular path is built to have a clearer picture of Grand Canyon...
but sadly camera is prohibited...
thus, memory can only be kept in mind...
next, it was strolling along Eagle Point as there are many different kinds of Red Indian's native house...
not forget, the desert...
and this is the 1st time I have been to a desert!
one last wave to Eagle Point before we set out to the next terminal!
and here we are!
this is the lower stream of Colorado River...
I am watching you!
Eddy Ng and the Canyon's...
the name of the terminal...
Hualapai Point! :D
and officially, the Grand Canyon trip ends!
back to Excalibur and as planned, we went to MGM for the buffet dinner...
kind of disappointing actually...
judging from what we pay and what they serve...
may be it's because we are doing the same business before... :D
only manage to get the picture of desert...
because we are too hungry!
after that, we spent some time walking in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip...
MGM!
Excalibur!
New York New York!
and then, goodbye to Las Vegas!
